- Information Technology Officer: MCA/M.Sc Information Technology from any recognized or B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. Engineering degree
- Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator: Post Graduation/ Graduation pass and Diploma/ Certificate in Computer and Should have passed Punjabi Language examination of Matriculation standard.
- Steno-typists: Graduation or Post Graduation pass Diploma/ Certificate and Punjabi and English Short hand speed @ 80 w.p.m. and transcription @ 20 w.p.m.
