Educational Qualification for RRC Hubli Jobs:
- 10th passed (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate, from recognised Board & also have ITI – National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the NCVT/SCVT.
Age limit:
The candidates age limit should be between 15-24 years as on last date of notification. Upper age relaxation as per rules.

3. Educational Qualification for RRC Hubli Jobs:
a. Level-2 in 7th CPC Pay Matrix: Passed 12th Class (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination from recognized Board with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate (50% marks are not required for SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen candidates and candidates possessing higher qualification like Graduation/ Post Graduation. or Passed Matriculation Plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship/ ITI approved by NCVT/ SCVT from recognized institutions for the posts of Technical Categories.
b. Level-1 in 7th CPC Pay Matrix: 10th Pas or ITI or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) Granted by NCVT/ SCVT from recognized Institutions.
4. Scouts & Guides Qualification:
a. A President Scout/ Guide/ Rover/ Ranger or Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder in any section.
b. Should have been an active member of a Scouts organisation for the last 5 (Five) years. The certificate of Activeness should be as per Annexure.
c. Should have attended Two events at National level or All India Railways level and Two events at State level.
5. Age limit:
Candidates age limit should be between between 18-30 years for Level-2 in 7th CPC Pay Matrix and 18-33 years for Level-1 in 7th CPC Pay Matrix. Upper limit relaxable as per govt. rules.
6. Selection Process:
Selection will be on the basis of Written Test, Marks on certificates and Medical Examination.
7. Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay Rs.500/- with a provision for refunding Rs.400/- to those who actually appear in the Examination, Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen/ PWDs, Women, Minorities & Economically Backward Classes Rs.250/- with a provision for refunding the same to those who actually appear in the Written Examination through Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Asst. Personnel Officer/ HQ South Western Railway, Hubbali, Payable at Hubballi.
