- For Faculty Posts: Ph. D (Relevant Subject)

As Per Rules.
Salary:
Assistant Professor (Grade-II) (on contract): Pay Level 10 of Pay Matrix (7th CPC)
Assistant Professor (Grade-I): Pay Level 12 of Pay Matrix (7th CPC)
Associate Professor: Pay Level 13A2 of Pay Matrix (7th CPC)
Professor: Pay Level 14A of Pay Matrix (7th CPC)
Application Fee:
General/ OBC/ EWS Candidates are required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE of ₹ 1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only), SC/ST, PWD, Women candidates and serving faculty of NIT Meghalaya are completely exempted from paying the application fee.
