- Chief Compliance Officer (CCO): Graduate in any discipline with CAIIB and CS
- Chief Information Security Officer (CISO): Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Chartered Accountant
- Chief Technology Officer: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology
- Officers for Supervision: Graduate in any discipline.

All CXO positions: 40-57 Years
Officers for Supervision: 57-63 Years
Salary for National Housing Bank Officer Recruitment 2022:-
All CXO positions: Rs 5 lacs per month
Officers for Supervision: Rs.1.00 lac per month
