Age limit for Join Indian Army Recruitment 2021-21:

For NCC candidates (including wards of Battle Casualties)
19 to 25 years as on 01 Jan 2022 (born not earlier than 02 Jan 1997 and not later than 01 Jan 2003; both dates inclusive).

• Colonel: Rs. 1,30,600 – 2,15,900
• Brigadier: Rs.1,39,600 – 2,17,600
• Major General: Rs.1,44,200 – 2,18,200
• Lieutenant General HAG Scale: Rs. 1,82,200 – 2,24,100
• Lt Gen HAG+Scale: Rs.2,05,400 – 2,24,400 
• VCOAS/ Army Cdr/ Lieutenant General (NFSG): Rs. 2,25,000/- (fixed)
• COAS: Rs.2,50,000/-(fixed)

Insurance cover:

Stipend are insured Rs. 75 lakh as applicable to officers of the regular Army
