1. Librarian/ Deputy Librarian: A Master‘s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science
2. Information Scientist/ System Analyst: First Class M.E./ M.Tech
3. Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/ Institute.
4. Nursing Officer: B.Sc. Nursing/ Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
5. Senior Technical Assistant: M.Tech./ M.E. in Instrumentation
6. Junior Translator: Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory
7. Assistant: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University
8. Semi Professional Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Library & Information Science/ Bachelor’s degree in Library Science
9. Technical Assistant: M.Sc. in Instrumentation / Electronics/ Electrical or B. Tech./B.E.
10. Pharmacist: 10+2 or equivalent in Science subjects/ Diploma in Pharmacy
11. Statistical Assistant: Master’s Degree in Statistics/ Applied Statistics/ Statistics and Informatics/ Statistics and Computers
12. Laboratory Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Science
13. UDC: Bachelor’s Degree, Two (02) years of experience as Lower Division Clerk
14. LDC (including Hindi Typist): Bachelor’s Degree, A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on Computer
15. Driver: Class 10th standard pass with valid driving commercial license for L/M/H motor vehicles

17. MTS: Matriculation or equivalent pass OR ITI pass
18. Kitchen Attendant: Class 10th Standard pass ITI Trade Certificate in the relevant field
