Educational Qualification

1. Research Officer (RO): MD/ MS/ DNB/ MPH or Degree in Community Medicine/ Community Ophthalmology/ Public Health/ Ayurveda with 02 years Research/ Teaching Experience
2. Senior Research Fellow (SRF): M.Sc/ M.Tech in Life Science, Biotechnology Degree with 02 years of Research Experience
3. Optometrist: Bachelor in Optometry Degree
4. Lab Technician: Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) Degree
5. Data Entry Operator: Any Graduate Degree, Proficient Typing Skills of not less than 8000 key Depression per Hour for Data Entry Work
6. Field Worker, Project Attendant: 10+2 Pass (Science) with Biology

Age Limit for AIIMS Delhi Posts 2020

Candidates Age Limit Should Be Upto 45 years for Research Officer (RO), 35 years for Senior Research Fellow (SRF) and 30 years for all remaining posts.
